It’s a pleasure to meet you via media.I’m the editor-in-chief of Spicaspir.
I launched this media with the goal of “improving the well-being of business managers/entrepreneurs and empowering them.” I myself am an entrepreneur running an advertising agency in Tokyo, and have worked with many business managers and entrepreneurs as clients. For many years, I have felt that “business managers/entrepreneurs are lonely” and that “well-being is an irreplaceable business asset for business managers/entrepreneurs, yet it is too often overlooked.” After more than 10 years as CEO, I wanted to grow as an entrepreneur by starting my own business rather than just working as an agency. This led me to the idea of creating a “place to disseminate information” as a solution to the issues I had been concerned about for many years.
“Beyond Dualism, Toward Harmony: Why Global Leaders Lean into Japanese Spirit.”
In an era where business is often viewed through the lens of dualism—Success or Failure, Black or White, Logic or Emotion—many leaders find themselves at a standstill. While logic is a powerful tool for achieving results, it can also lead to decision fatigue and spiritual exhaustion in an increasingly complex world.
I believe the next stage of leadership lies in “Harmony”—the Japanese spirit of embracing the gray zones, refining one’s intuition, and finding balance amidst contradiction.
Spicaspir provides a sanctuary for global leaders to lean into this Japanese sensibility. Not as a rejection of logic, but as an evolution. Here, I share the rituals, philosophies, and aesthetics that help you refine your soul and integrate professional strategy with inner peace.
I have summarized my thoughts and policies regarding this media here, so I hope you will take a look.https://spicaspir.com/brandsoul/
Regarding posting frequency
This media basically posts articles every day. Articles are posted once every three days, and the rest of the time I post what I call spiritual “quotes and proverbs.”
